Return & Refund Policy
Return Policy- In most cases, items can be returned within 7 days after receiving, and please do not damage the barcode on the original packaging. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before you want to return an item you received in order to receive a return shipping address and other instructions. Please do not send it back without permission.
The following items/situations will not be accepted for return/refund
✳ In case of defective/incorrect/missing items, our only responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.
✳ If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, our only responsibility is to resend the package. And the buyer needs to pay the shipping cost.
✳ We are unable to issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered but not received. And we cannot proceed further without providing the proof we require.
✳ Buy different sizes for the same product (Considering the expensive international express fee for returns, we recommend that you buy one size for each product. If you are not sure which size fits, please refer to the size chart or contact customer service, we will try our best to help you).
7 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you received and would like to return it, you may submit a return request to us as follows:
- Within 7 days of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue.
- We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
- If approved, you may also be asked to return the product.
- After receiving the returned item and checking that it does not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).
- Once the refund process is approved, we will only refund the money to the credit card/account where the payment was originally made. Requests for refunds to other credit cards/accounts for any reason will not be accepted.

How about your products that are not broken but you want to return because you change your mind about the purchase?
It depends on:
- Your package is on the way. We have to charge the freight for our compensation. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to get more details about the details of this return.
- Your package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
